Multi-Sport Kids Classes
Our customized multi-sport program has been designed to equip children with greater life skills, helping them find early success to grow up happy, healthy, confident and prepared for the future ahead!
Class Information
In our 8-week class program, classes are 45 minutes long with a featured sport each week before culminating in a final all-sport showdown!

Age Groups
18 months - 3 years
Focus with this age group is movement exploration and motor skill development.
- Running, jumping, throwing, catching
- Balance and coordination activities
- Parent assisted participation when needed
- Basic introduction to sports equipment (soft balls, bats, cones, nets)
4 -5 years
Focus is building foundational sport skills while still exploring movement and developing motor skills.
- Skill building drills (kicking, dribbling, swinging, passing)
- Small group activities
- Developing listening skills and being able to follow directions
6 - 7 years
Focus is skill development and game understanding.
- Stronger emphasis on technique
- Basic strategy and teamwork
- Speed, agility, and coordination training integrated into sessions
Class Duration & Structure
- Class length will be 45 min sessions
- 0-10 intro and warm up
- 11-35 skill development for the sport of the day
- 36-45 group game and goodbye circle
Start Date
- 8 week session
- April 11 would be the start date for the first session.
- May 30 would be the last day for the session
