Harry Kane Golden Boot Up for Grabs as TOCA Soccer Launches Generations Cup Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup

LOS ANGELES, CA June 2, 2026 — TOCA Soccer today announced the Generations Cup, a first-of-its-kind tournament that brings families and communities together across every age group under one team. Launching June 20, 2026 and running through August 16, 2026, the Generations Cup is TOCA Soccer's flagship activation in celebration of 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Each team consists of four players, with one representative from each generation: Future Call-Ups (born 2015-2020), Rising Stars (born 2008-2014), Starting XI (born 1992-2007), and Legends (born 1991 or before). The format is built around a simple but powerful truth: every generation has game.
The stakes are real. The national champions earn a European Soccer Trip, with flights, hotel, and match tickets for every team member and one guest. The Harry Kane Golden Boot, a trophy molded from an actual boot worn by Harry Kane, goes to the top individual scorer at the National Finals.
"At every age, TOCA is your home for soccer. The first kick. The training that develops your game. The community you never want to leave. The Generations Cup is an expression of everything TOCA is: indoor soccer, year-round, for every age, every stage, for life."
— Matt Cearley, Senior Vice President, TOCA Soccer
How It Works
Teams compete across five fast, skill-based challenges: Pass the Box, Shooting Frenzy, Through the Gate, Last One Juggling, and the Generations Relay. Some challenges are full-team events where all four generations compete together; others are individual challenges where teams select one player to represent the team. Regardless, every generation competes equally.
The competition runs in three stages. Center Qualifiers take place across four competition nights at each of TOCA's 28 participating soccer centers between June 20 and July 18. The top eight teams from each center advance to Regional Championships on August 1, held simultaneously at all centers across five regions. The top team from each region earns a spot at the National Championship at TOCA Social Dallas on August 15-16.
Grand Prizes
The winning team at the National Championship will receive a European Soccer Trip: flights, hotel, and match tickets for each team member and one guest. The Harry Kane Golden Boot, a trophy molded from an actual match boot worn by Harry Kane, will be awarded to the individual player with the highest points total at the National Finals.
