Advance to Regionals
The advancing teams compete in a one-day regional championship hosted at your home center. Five regions: West, Central, Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.
Compete at Nationals
The top team from each region gets flown to Dallas to compete for the championship at TOCA Social. Five regions. One champion.
Five Challenges. Every Generation.
Two team challenges. Three individual or pair challenges — you choose your specialists.
All four players take one corner of a 4×4 yd box. Pass clockwise through every player. One full rotation = one point. Teammates move fast to receive — the rotation only counts if every player touches the ball.
Your designated striker’s moment. Rack up as many points as possible before time runs out.
Two players, 10 yards apart. A 1-yard gate between you. Pass back and forth through the gate as many times as possible within the time allowed. First touch and accuracy matter — only clean passes count.
Everyone enters. One survives. Keep the ball off the ground inside the boundary. Drop it and you're out. Last player standing wins the game.
Dribble through 4 cones, there and back, then tag the next teammate. You choose the running order — strategy matters as much as speed. The fastest total team time wins.
