When kids play sports, they develop gross and fine motor skills, learn how to work together, follow directions and socialize with others. Kids in Sports promotes the idea that athletics, when taught correctly, can improve a child's overall development. Our customized multi-sport program has been designed to equip children with greater life skills, helping them find early success so they can grow up happy, healthy, confident, and more prepared for the future ahead.

Developed by educators, Kids in Sports is a specialized sports program for children ages 1 to 8 years old and instructs children in multi-sport classes focusing on: baseball, basketball, flag football, floor hockey, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball.

Adult Participation Class, 12 - 24 Months

• Focus on developing gross motor skills, hand-foot and hand-eye coordination and balance
• Introduction to sport skills
• Free play and structured activities
• Exploration, Imagination, Socialization, and Fun

Separation Class, 3 - 4 Years

• Focus on learning fundamentals of sportsInspire kids to learn teamwork and socialization skills
• Introduction to fitness, flexibility, and cooperative learning games

Advanced Skills Class, 6 - 8 Years

• Emphasis on effort and sportsmanship
• Advance sport specific fundamentals through age-appropriate and challenging activities
• Emphasis on teaching rules of sports and providing opportunities to experience real game play
